Holistic Health FNQ provides NDIS support for people with disability and their significant others. Operating as
a home health and holistic health provider. Holistic Health FNQ focuses on providing a full range of services
across the lifespan of persons with disability between the age of 18 – 64 years of non-medical, nursing-led, lifestyle
and wellbeing services that enables people with disability to remain independent in their own communities.

Holistic Health FNQ was designed to deliver holistic, culturally competent, and comprehensive NDIS support to
Aboriginal and Torres Stait Islander people and mainstream Australia. Providing person-centred support to
participants and their families with top seed NDIS service which is inclusive of the community and to consult
with individuals and groups living in these areas. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders people know what is
best for their communities and we are supporting them to exercise their own choices and be part on the
ongoing care within the NDIS service provision
